Are there times when you wish you could just pick up the phone and get some quick advice?

Often, what you need is a friendly HR expert that you can call or email when you have a problem to work through or need some advice. Someone who is already familiar with your business.

It’s far less stressful calling to say “I’m thinking of doing this, what do you think?” than calling me to say “I’ve just done this, it wasn’t the right thing, help!”

We provide a sounding board to work through HR issues to find workable solutions and bounce ideas off.

So that we get to know each other and can provide relevant advice, we work on a small monthly retainer.
